Her introduction to the technology field began with TiVo as a technical support agent in their call center. She spent 5 years with the company and moved from Technical Support to Tier II Technical Support, then on to Advanced Escalations. Over her career with TiVo, she got to work with the customers up front, receiving their direct feedback through every level all the way to the back end engineers for advanced tickets and beta testing potential new features. This gave her a unique full view of the companies releases from conception to launch and continuing on to how they were received and used by customers.
After moving to Denver, she began working for Dish Network testing software for their satellite receivers, mobile device applications and website. She was with the company for just under 4 years, starting as a manual production software tester and ending as a hybrid automation and manual development software tester and scripter.
She is excited to continue growing as a software tester here at Booj!
